I qualified as an osteopath in 2017 and for the past seven years I have worked in a variety of different clinics, obtaining excellent experience, specialising in spinal injuries, Back pain, cranial osteopathy and women’s health. I am also a Midwife working part time at Kingston Hospital.
I believe it’s important to enjoy and maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle with regular exercise which is how I spend most of my time, often in the beautiful Surrey countryside.
For the past seven years, I have learnt the importance of treating every patient as an individual, using a variety of different techniques to help the body heal and recover from the every day stresses we encounter in life.
I am specialised in treating babies and women’s health. Cranial osteopathy promotes the body's natural healing processes and supports the overall health and well-being of newborns, providing a gentle start to life. I am able to support with feeding, structural differences, reflux and stomach difficulties.
I enjoy building long-lasting relationships with my clients which helps me to understand their lifestyles and factors which could impact their body health. I take pride in supporting each patient differently, specifically in understanding the mechanism of their injury and any potential barriers which may impact on their overall enjoyment of life. Improving a patient’s body health is my end goal when constructing a patient’s treatment plan. A well assembled treatment plan is crucial in not only improving the injury but enhancing that patient’s quality of life.
